Orthotic Foam Block

Pre-skived, pre-laminated sheets of foam material that can be heated to quickly and easily fabricate a pair of custom foot orthotics. The thickness of the material foam block is tapered to give a rear-foot portion that is thicker than the forefoot, allowing for grinding of posting and edges of the orthotic. Pre-laminated blocks save you inventory, space and time with less waste and costs.

Features:

  • Tri-Layer Construction - 20 shore A ProCell flesh color top layer, Poron cushioning middle layer, over a firm 35 Shore A Royal Blue EVA base.
  • Tapered Thickness - Thickness - 1/2" heel to 3/8" forefoot.
  • Foam Block Size - 14 1/2" length x 11 1/2" wide - Makes a pair of custom orthotics.
  • Heat Moldable - Can be formed by heating in a conventional oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
